Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Facebook Platform policies, this page explains how to request deletion of any data Mixtil has received through your use of Facebook Login or related Facebook integrations.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Facebook-related data, send an email to support@mixtil.com with the subject line:

Information to Include

1. Your Facebook User ID (you can find this in your Facebook settings under "Your Facebook Information").
2. The email address associated with your Mixtil usage.
3. A statement confirming you want all Facebook-related data removed from our systems.

What We Delete

• Facebook profile information received through Facebook Login (name, email, profile ID).
• Any access tokens or authentication data associated with your Facebook account.
• Facebook Page insights and engagement data stored locally.
• Records linking your Facebook identity to Mixtil usage.

Processing Timeline

1. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
2. We will verify your identity as the account owner.
3. We will delete all associated Facebook data from active systems within 30 days.
4. We will send a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Revoking Facebook Access

You can also revoke Mixtil's access to your Facebook data directly through Facebook. Go to Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, find Mixtil, and click Remove.
