By accessing or using Mixtil services, including the desktop application, website, and API, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Service
You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Comply with all applicable laws and the policies of third-party platforms you connect (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Facebook, Google, Printify).
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.
- Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using Mixtil. By using the service to publish content to third-party platforms, you authorize Mixtil to transmit that content as directed. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish.
Intellectual Property
The Mixtil application, website, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service except as expressly permitted.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, browser session, credentials, API keys, and email inbox. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or using your credentials. We may require email verification, issue password reset or account setup links, revoke active sessions, or suspend accounts to protect the service.
Third-Party Services
Mixtil integrates with third-party services including WordPress, Shopify, Facebook, Google (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, AdSense), Printify, and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time for maintenance, security, or product development. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the service. Account suspension may immediately disable active sessions and admin access. You may stop using the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixtil and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
